Chantell Styling Terms and Conditions
Chantell Walters offers no refunds on deposits or any of her styling sessions. Deposits last up to 6 months and are then void.
Chantell Styling Subscription
Chantell has the right to add your email to her free Style subscription. She will never share your email with anyone. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Booking Process
To confirm your session with Chantell after your introductory phone call where you will have discussed which service/s you would like as well as dates and times, you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit via BACs to confirm the agreed day and time. Deposits last up to 6 months and then are void.
Saturday bookings
Chantell charges 20% more for a session on a Saturday and doesn’t work later than 1pm.
The final payment is to be made before or on the day of your agreed session date. If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day of the first service.
You may also pay in full when booking.
Late payment fee
If you are late for payment you will be charged a late fee starting from an additional 10% up until the day you pay.
All deposits are non refundable because if Chantell keeps the day free for you and you can’t make it that day, being self-employed means she can’t earn the money she will have lost that day.
Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions
Please give Chantell a minimum of 7 days notice if you need to reschedule. The reason for this is that Chantell has a waiting list and can fill that day with 7 days plus notice. You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid.
If you have to reschedule with less than 7 days notice Chantell understands that life is hectic, we get sick and sometimes you need to reschedule for reasons out of your own hands. You have one session you can reschedule but you must rebook your next session with her that day. Please note that Chantell can have a waitlist up to 7 weeks sometimes so if you do have to reschedule, you may have to wait up to 7 weeks.
If you reschedule for a second time, an admin fee of £95 will be added to your final payment and you must rebook your session that day.
If you reschedule for a third time, your deposit is invalid and if you still want Chantell’s services you will have to pay a deposit again.
If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want Chantell’s services, you will lose your deposit because she will have kept that day free for you.

Travel Terms and Conditions
Wardrobe Edits are to be at your home where Chantell travels to you. If she drives longer than a 30-minute trip or outside of London the standard rate of 0.45p per mile including the return journey will be added to your holding deposit and to be paid before your session together. If journeys are longer than 1 hour each way, a charge of £30 per hour travel time will be added to your deposit.
The congestion zone fee will be added to your invoice after your session if Chantell travels through it.
Parking costs are to be covered by you and added to your final invoice
If Chantell travels by train to you outside of London, the fare will be included in your deposit which is to be paid before our session together.
Personalised Shopping is only in London. The reason for that is she spends 3 hours the day before prepping the shop and wont be able to do the prep if not shopping in London.
Privacy Policy
Privacy and Disclosure
Chantell Styling does not disclose any customer information to any third party. All personal details submitted to us are for our use only. We will never pass your personal data to a third party.
Data Collection
We will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfil your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Protection
We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All client and enquirer’s email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products or general advice about our products which may benefit them, including our monthly newsletter. You are able to unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us.
Consent
Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.
